Native Iowan, Emily Ann Qual (she/her) LMT, owner & operator of Amethyst Realm Yoga & Massage, has dedicated the last 20 years to crafting unique experiences in the event and restaurant industry. She now brings this hospitality to every single one of her clients & classes.
As a massage therapist, Emily provides a simple and secure space for clients to find reprieve from the outside world. Client comfort is of the utmost importance for Emily and she crafts sessions tailored to her client needs.
As a yoga instructor, Emily leads creative and personable classes for all bodies. She encourages attendees to explore embodiment through intuitive movement and proper alignment. Emily is passionate about bridging yogic traditions with contemporary culture and finding ways to bring yoga ‘off the mat’, including through the creation of ‘Metal Yoga’.
