HOME, Inc. is the oldest private nonprofit housing organization in Des Moines. With over 55 years of service, our mission is to meet individuals and families where they are in their housing journey. Pre-purchase Housing Counseling
Meet with a HUD certified Housing Counselor to determine your readiness to purchase a home and develop an action plan to get there.
Landlord and Tenant Counseling
We help renters, tenants and landlords throughout Iowa understand their housing rights and responsibilities by providing counseling and education. Please keep in mind, we do not offer legal advice.
