Our entire team at Halo Capital is local to Iowa, and we are only licensed to help those buying or refinancing property here*. *We can help with commercial/business use financing outside of the State of Iowa. We are also happy to assist in vetting a lender in another state and have great resources to do so, should someone need our help getting paired for a residential home loan outside of our designated or licensed lending area.

Office hours are typically 9AM-4PM CST - however it is highly recommended that you have an appointment as we do not retain regular staff for standard walk-in appointments. Note that we are happy to schedule calls and appointments after normal business hours in an effort to be flexible with our customers' needs.
